There are a growing number of Kwik Koffee Drive Throughs through Western Australia. We were engaged to deliver the recent Kwik Koffee on Albany Highway for AH Convenience Pty Ltd under a lump sum contract.

The project has required careful planning and coordination of trades and deliveries on the busy site. Neighbouring premises have been occupied during the currency of the Contract and minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants has been ensured. Key deliverables of the drive through and kiosk included structural, services, fit out works, for kitchen, office, coldroom, UAT and prep area as well as external cladding and maintaining easement access for adjoining owners.
